This outdoor compass, housed in a brushed black metal cover, is used for both routefinding and polar orientation. The compass base is transparent, allowing it to be placed on a map and precisely aligned. The cover contains a mirror, not only for viewing the orientation, but also as a sunlight reflector and signal transmitter. All compasses follow the English language in their cardinal directions. We offer compasses in three sizes for affordable polar orientation, as well as two precision compasses for outdoor use and one decorative compass.
